氣液壓結合的優點

(1)能量轉換方便,可以做到幾乎零內漏,不用擔心失油。

(2)速度上較液壓傳動快,且較氣壓傳動穩定。

(3)可做穩速裝置及增壓裝置之配合。

(4)很容易即可達到高壓值,這是純氣壓無法做到的。
Easy get to a high pressure, that is impossible only pneumatic.
(5)持續加壓或停止動作時,不必像純液壓系統馬達需持續運轉,故可較節省能源。

(6)由於氣液結合使用,因此液壓油溫昇較容易保持在一定的範圍內,較沒有溫昇的困擾。室內溫度及噪音值不會隨機台的增加而增加。

(7)由於沒有馬達的運轉因此噪音值較容易控制在一定的範圍之內,60db以下的噪音值很容易達成。

(8)若能有效克服氣液混合後液壓油乳化的問題或迴避氣液混合使其分離(這是大多廠商所難以克服的),則壽命將比一般液壓或氣液混合產品長三倍或三倍以上。機台之故障率降低,因此將能有效的、長期的降低維護成本。
